Local Conservative candidates have been explaining why they are standing in May's local election for Bath and North-East Somerset Council, in a short online video.

The video features short clips from a selection of the candidates, who are some of those representing the Conservatives in every seat across the Council wards.

A desire to serve the community and remove a disastrous and failing Liberal Democrat administration are common themes.

The video follows the publication last week of the local Conservative manifesto, which contains a 100-point plan to transform the way the council serves local residents, and get Bath and NESomerset moving again.

The election is being held on Thursday May 4th.
