Following the intervention of local Wincanton and Bruton Councillor, Anna Groskop, Royal Mail have paused their proposed changes to the way they dealt with undelivered parcels.
Anna had written to Royal Mail and started a petition against the changes. See Anna's letter here.
If the changes had gone ahead it would have meant people driving over 10 miles to pick up a parcel.
