Curry Rival Cricket Received GrantPeter Sleightholme Junior & Youth Co-ordinator said “ This grant aid through the help of Somerset Councillor Derek Yeomans is of great help to Curry Rivel Cricket Club in supporting our children and youth training and coaching. This will assist Curry Rivel Cricket Club in developing the childrens coaching and bring them through to the adult teams.
Curry Rivel Cricket Club continues being a focus for developing boys and girls to play cricket and to represent the village of Curry Rivel. With many aspects of village life disappearing it is essential that we continue the great tradition of Curry Rivel Cricket Club as part of the village community.”
